Seated Massage
Seated Massage is a really accessible and affordable form of treatment for head, neck and shoulder tension. Plus you can do it with your shirt on! You can find me at the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market on the first Saturday of each month at 23 Mann Street, Mount Barker SA. I will be there in fair weather, not if it's predicted to rain. Book for your workplace or community event.
Mobile Massage

Couples Massage
I provide a personalised and focused treatment for my clients, meaning I can provide services to only one person at a time … but that doesn’t mean I can’t offer you discounts if you book consecutive treatments at the same mobile address. Book 2 consecutive 60 or 90-min treatments at the same address for a discount off each service.
Event Bookings
Cater for your next party or gathering with 45-minute massages for your guests. These treatments are a perfect complement to retreats, holiday getaways, or bridal party events. Book a 3.5hr package for four of you.

One hour
A 60-min targeted remedial massage focuses on treating a specific problem. book a targeted remedial appointment if you have ailments, injuries, soreness, or alignment issues,. This treatment can include deep tissue and sports massage techniques. I will provide you with an electronic receipt you can use for your private health insurance claim, or claim on the spot with HICAPS when you book in clinic
90-minute session
When you really want to step up self-care to the next level, book an hour-and-a-half ultimate relaxation experience. 90 minutes allows you to receive a full-body massage and also ensures we achieve a result for your body, such as improved mobility or reduced discomfort. All services use non-allergenic, plant-based essential oils and can include the back, legs and feet, arms and hands, chest, neck, face and/or scalp. I will provide you with an electronic receipt you can use for your private health insurance claim, or claim on the spot with HICAPS when you book in clinic.
Shorter bookings
You can book in for a shorter treatment for a targeted session. Choose 30 minutes for a single focus area, or 45 minutes for a back neck and shoulder massage.

I am a qualified Remedial Massage Practitioner
As a professional member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia with a Diploma in Remedial Massage I am qualified to treat your soft tissue concerns.
During your treatment, I will use a variety of remedial and Swedish styles and techniques, including long effleurage strokes, targeted trigger point, and myofascial release techniques. I am an avid user of Aromatherapy and have Level II certification in Acupressure. I may also recommend specific Yoga stretches to take home with you to maximise the benefits of your massage.
I am passionate about achieving quality outcomes for my clients – relief from aches and pains, better movement, or simply feeling pampered and relaxed.
